Der Titel Eternal Child hat für Avishai Cohen eine tiefgreifende Bedeutung. Es ist das einzige Stück auf dem Album, das nicht von ihm selbst komponiert wurde, sondern von dem Mann, der seine Karriere entscheidend mit auf den Weg brachte: dem legendären Chick Corea.
