Michaël Attias hat sich den Ruf erworben, eine der aufstrebendsten und kollaborativsten Persönlichkeiten der New Yorker Jazzszene des 21. Jahrhunderts zu sein, mit einem Hintergrund und einer Perspektive, die ihn zu einem "betont kosmopolitischen Saxophonisten und Komponisten" machen, wie die New York Times schrieb. Seine Wanderungen durch Nordafrika, den Nahen Osten, Westeuropa und den Mittleren Westen der USA führten Attias schließlich 1994 nach New York City, wo er weiterhin seiner Passion als Improvisator, Komponist und Bandleader nachgeht. Die Village Voice beschrieb Attias' Musizieren als "sich ständig verändernde Melodien, Reichtum an Klangfarben und eine einzigartige Persönlichkeit - man kann fast sehen, wie sich seine Musik ausdehnt und zusammenzieht".
Als Sideman hat er mit einigen der originellsten und fesselndsten Musiker von heute gespielt und aufgenommen, darunter Koryphäen wie Anthony Braxton, Paul Motian, Oliver Lake, Anthony Coleman, Ralph Alessi, Tony Malaby, Kris Davis, Andy Milne, Fay Victor und viele andere.

Declan Forde ist ein schottischer Pianist, der seit 2014 in Berlin lebt. Seine Arbeit bewegt sich an den Schnittstellen von Jazztradition und zeitgenössischer improvisierter Musik. Er tritt regelmäßig als Solist sowie in kollaborativen Projekten auf und spielte bereits mit Künstlern wie Han Bennink, Tony Malaby, Michael Attias, Doug Weiss, Andrea Parkins, Tobias Delius und Jeff Williams. Forde leitet außerdem ein Trio mit Igor Spallati und Ugo Alunni, das kürzlich durch Bill McHenry und Kurt Rosenwinkel für Konzerte in Berlin erweitert wurde. Außerhalb des Jazz arbeitet er seit über einem Jahrzehnt mit der schottischen Singer-Songwriterin Rachel Sermanni zusammen und war an mehreren ihrer Veröffentlichungen beteiligt.

Phil Donkin tourt regelmäßig mit internationalen Spitzenkünstlern. Phils neuestes Werk als Leader ist "Value" (2019 NWog Records). Es folgt auf seine frühere Veröffentlichung "The Gate" (2015 Whirlwind Recordings). Wenn Phil nicht gerade seine eigenen Bands leitet, kann man ihn mit Künstlern wie Oliver Steidle, Tom Challenger, Philipp Gropper, Frank Möbus, Kalle Kalima, Jim Black, Wanja Slavin, Johannes Enders und Bastian Stein auf Tournee sehen und hören. Phil ist durch ganz Europa, Nordamerika, Afrika und Asien getourt. In den letzten Jahren hat Phil auch mit John Abercrombie, Marc Copland, Ralph Alessi, Joey Baron, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Mark Turner, Chris Speed, Dan Weiss, Ethan Iverson und Bill Stewart gespielt. Er lebt derzeit in Berlin.

Jordan Dinsdale ist ein britischer Jazzmusiker, der in Berlin lebt und für seine Zusammenarbeit mit prominenten Künstlern wie Greg Cohen, Doug Weiss, Mike Moreno, Bill McHenry und Judy Niemack bekannt ist. Er ist Mitglied des Doug Weiss Quartetts, das seine erste Aufnahme veröffentlichen wird.
Jordan hat kürzlich seine erste LP als Bandleader veröffentlicht, mit dem Titel „Quasimodo“, featuring Béla Meinberg am Piano und Doug Weiss am Bass. Neben seiner Tätigkeit im Jazz ist Jordan auch weltweit als Mitglied der renommierten zeitgenössischen Tanzgruppe Damaged Goods/Meg Stuart unterwegs, was seine Vielseitigkeit und seine breite künstlerische Bandbreite unter Beweis stellt.

Michaël Attias has earned a reputation as one of the most emerging and collaborative figures on the 21st century New York jazz scene, with a background and perspective that make him a "distinctly cosmopolitan saxophonist and composer," as the New York Times wrote. His wanderings through North Africa, the Middle East, Western Europe and the U.S. Midwest eventually brought Attias to New York City in 1994, where he continues to pursue his muse as an improviser, composer and bandleader. The Village Voice described Attias' music-making as "ever-changing melodies, richness of timbre and a unique personality - you can almost see his music expand and contract." As a sideman, he has played and recorded with some of today's most original and compelling musicians, including such luminaries as Anthony Braxton, Paul Motian, Oliver Lake, Anthony Coleman, Ralph Alessi, Tony Malaby, Kris Davis, Andy Milne, Fay Victor and many others.

Declan Forde is a pianist from Scotland and has been living in Berlin since 2014. In recent years, Forde has developed into a pianist in Berlin who covers a wide range of musical situations. From early jazz with Igor Spallati's Musicomaniacs, to performing the music of Duke Ellington with American bassist Greg Cohen (Ornette Coleman, John Zorn, Woody Allen, etc.); original music with James Banner's Usine to free improvised music with artists such as Jeff Williams, John Hollenbeck, Tobias Delius, Max Andrzejewski, Cansu Tanrikulu, Rudi Mahal, Jan Roder and Michael Griener.... Outside the world of jazz and improvised music, Forde has been performing, touring and recording with Scottish vocalist and artist Rachel Sermanni for over ten years.

He is a member of the Doug Weiss Quartet, which is set to release its debut recording. Jordan recently released his first LP as a bandleader, titled Quasimodo, featuring Béla Meinberg on piano and Doug Weiss on bass. Beyond jazz, Jordan tours internationally as a member of the renowned contemporary dance company Damaged Goods / Meg Stuart, showcasing his versatility and wide artistic range.
