Marcos Coll – Von seinen Anfängen als 14-Jähriger auf den Straßen oder in Bars voller Rauch und Laster in Santiago de Compostela bis hin zu seinen Auftritten bei den Berliner Philharmonikern. Von Tourneen mit Musiklegenden wie Buddy Miles oder Mick Taylor, bis hin zu Crossovern mit Musikern aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt, mit denen er bei zahllosen Festivals oder in Theatern aufgetreten ist. Marcos Coll ist gehört zu den einflussreichsten Mundharmonikaspielern der Welt. Kein Wunder also, dass er seit 2006 sein Bild auf den Schachteln der Mundharmonikas von Hohner, der bekanntesten Marke dieses Instruments erscheint, für das er seit 2006 einer der wichtigsten Endorser is. In mehr als dreißig Jahre Karriere, in denen er mehr als ein Dutzend Alben aufgenommen hat und tausenden Aufftritten in allen Teilen der Welt, von Europa bis hin zur Demokratischen Republik Kongo, von Indien oder bis Amerika, hat Marcos die Grenzen der Mundharmonika ausgelotet wie kein Zweiter und gehört zu den ganz Großen seiner Zunft. In seinem neuesten Album NÒMADE kreiert der seit 2004 in Berlin lebende Coll ein Crossover zwischen galizischer, spanischer und lateinamerikanischer Musik und thematisiert dabei seine Wurzeln und Erfahrungen aus all diesen Jahren.

Josué Barquero ist ein Gitarrist aus Costa Rica, der in wichtigen Theatern in Costa Rica, Kolumbien und Mexiko auftrat. Er war an internationalen Musikprojekten beteiligt und arbeitete unter anderem mit dem renommierten kubanischen Chor Entrevoces zusammen.

Kevin Klein ist ein ecuadorianischer Bassist mit Auftritten auf bedeutenden Festivals wie dem Fusion Festival und der Latin Grammy Week in Miami. In Berlin spielte er mit Keith Tynes und ist fester Bestandteil der europäischen Jazz- und Weltmusikszene.

Katrina Martinez Marrupe ist eine in Havanna ausgebildete Perkussionistin, die bereits mit 16 Jahren mit den bekannten kubanischen Frauenbands Anacaona und Son Damas weltweit tourte. Seit 1996 lebt sie in Deutschland und ist als gefragte Schlagzeugerin in verschiedenen Stilrichtungen international tätig.

On his latest album NÒMADE, created in Berlin where he has lived since 2004, Coll blends Galician, Spanish, and Latin American music, exploring his roots and the musical experiences gathered over a lifetime.

Josué Barquero is a Costa Rican guitarist who has performed in major theaters in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico. He has been involved in international music projects and collaborated with the acclaimed Cuban choir Entrevoces.

Kevin Klein is an Ecuadorian bassist known for his rhythmic versatility, with performances at major festivals like the Fusion Festival and the Latin Grammy Week in Miami. Since moving to Berlin, he has played with Keith Tynes and is an active figure in the European jazz and world music scene.

Katrina Martinez Marrupe is a Cuban percussionist trained in Havana who toured globally at age 16 with the renowned all-female bands Anacaona and Son Damas. Since 1996, she has lived in Germany and performs internationally across various genres.
